Ms. Bélanger brings over 30 years of experience with senior gold companies globally with strengths in studies, technical services and operational excellence and efficiency. She was most recently the CEO and Managing Director of Mirabela Nickel Ltd. where she has been responsible for the turnaround and cost cutting success at that company's Santa Rita mine in Brazil during a period of extremely low metal prices. From 2011 to 2014, Ms. Bélanger was a senior executive with Goldcorp ultimately as Senior Vice President, Technical Services where she oversaw the global geology, mine planning and design, metallurgy, hydrology, tailings dam and geotechnical engineering functions.

 

During her career, Ms. Bélanger has also gained considerable expertise providing oversight and project management support for some of the mining industry's key strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Ms. Bélanger was Director, Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation for Brazil and Chile. Ms. Bélanger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a graduate certificate in Geostatistics. She is also fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She has been an active board member at Mirabela, True Gold, CEEC International Ltd and a member of Westcoast Women in Engineering, Science and Technology. Ms. Bélanger will be responsible for the overall operational and technical management of the Company's assets as well as take a lead role alongside the Chairman and CEO of the Company in executing the Company's business plan and strategy, including the identification of new strategic acquisition opportunities for Atlantic.

Siri favours a "mediation" approach when working with the stakeholders, aligning the solutions with their common interests. She facilitates challenging discussions and simplifies concerns to result in strategies that are not only sustainable but also cost saving.

BRIDGE specialises in bringing together Owners and their contractors to build relationships with indigenous, local and international workforces. The solution building always includes governments, their agencies as well as industry, associations and unions.

Clients include Baffinland Iron Mines, BHP, Pebble, Suncor, Hydro Québec International and Rio Tinto. Work has been carried out both across Canada, and Central and South America, as well as Africa and Mongolia. BRIDGE has recently worked in Panama on issues related to local indigenous communities and challenges with hydro-dam installation.

A professional engineer with over 25 years of operations, sustaining & capital projects and management consulting experience in heavy industry, mainly focusing on large complex project execution in the Mining, Mineral Processing and Metals refining sectors.

Marilyn began her career in Northern Ontario’s Mining and Pulp & Paper industries in mechanical design. After specializing in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering at Queen’s University, she joined Dofasco, working in both their Hamilton and Kentucky operations. Her proven aptitude for project engineering took her to Hatch where Marilyn executed projects globally. While at SNC-Lavalin, she managed both the basic engineering phase for the Nickel Refinery and then the detailed design for the Processing Plant for the Ambatovy Nickel laterite project located in Madagascar. Marilyn offers more than twenty five years of multi-discipline project execution experience.

She has a strong interest in governance and volunteers her time with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) as a Lieutenant Governor Appointee to PEO Council. She chair's PEO’s Public Information Campaign Task Force who’s goal it is to solidify PEO’s brand as the Regulator of Engineering in the province of Ontario and has a Public Appointment with the Government of Ontario to the Regulatory Governing Council for Engineers.

Dr. Goodman leads Atlantic Gold’s geoscientific data collection and compilations. She is a structural geologist with over 30 years international experience, including 12 years as Principal Structural Geologist with SRK Consulting, and most recently five years in Corporate Technical Services and Exploration with Goldcorp Inc. Dr. Goodman has expertise in a wide range of commodities and geological terrains and has applied her geological skills at all stages of the mining cycle. Dr. Goodman has a BSc Geological Sciences from Leeds University, MSc Mineral Exploration and a PhD Economic Geology from the Royal School of Mines.
